What to send us
- Your dog's weight, breed, and age
- What's getting hard: slipping, getting up, stairs, jumping, car rides, walking, recovering after surgery
- For harnesses: girth around the belly just in front of the back legs, and around the chest just behind the front legs
- For wheelchairs: height from the floor to the top of the back at the hips, and length from chest to base of tail
- The product you're considering, if you have one in mind
Use a soft tape measure, snug but not tight. Want to send a photo? Mention it in your note and reply to our email with a side-view photo of your dog standing.
Our Fit-Check Promise
If we confirm a size for your dog through this fit check and it doesn't fit, we'll cover the return shipping label. Just keep the item unused with its packaging, as described in our return policy.
