How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and typically arrive within 5-8 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

How do I know what size to order?

Each product page includes a size guide with measurements. Measure your dog before ordering, and if they're near the top of a weight range, size up.

My product doesn't fit or isn't working for my dog. What do I do?
