When a dog's back legs start giving out, everyday moments turn into a struggle — getting off the bed, climbing into the car, making it down the porch steps. This sling lets you take the weight off their hind end and steady them without straining your own back.
Why it works
- Padded sponge handle spreads the load across your hand — comfortable even during longer assisted walks
- Rear leg holes, hip velcro, and adjustable straps wrap the hind legs and abdomen so it won't slip off mid-lift
- Open groove underneath lets your dog relieve themselves without taking the harness off
- Breathable material, so it can stay on through a full walk rather than being wrestled on and off
Who it's for
Built for dogs with weak hind legs, arthritis, hip dysplasia, or an orthopedic injury — and commonly used to help support dogs through recovery from IVDD, TPLO, ACL, or CCL surgery.
Sizing
Recommended for medium to large breeds. It is not suitable for small dogs, puppies, or dwarf breeds. Measure your dog's girth before ordering and choose your size by girth — weight is only a rough guide. If your dog falls between two sizes, size down for a snugger fit.
